The Project Management Office of ITQAN is the governing authority that is responsible of delivering the awarded contracts and orders. Our team of multi-national certified project managers will ensure the delivery and implementation of the objectives while fostering of best practices in Project Management and maintaining scope, time and quality. The projects at ITQAN are managed utilizing the ABIS™ Project Management Methodology, which is based on Project Management Institute's Body of Knowledge (PMBoK). ITQAN Project Management Methodology coordinates the underlying life cycle processes of ABIS™ methodology for system development. The method of approach for the project would include the project management lifecycle to section in the Build and Implementation phase. These life cycle activities, while discrete, are often intertwined due to certain dependencies on each other. The exact timing of these activities will be based on organizational, project, and customer requirements.
