Job Description: 1. Implement project policies and procedures 2. Establish and maintain quality in project 3. Project planning 4. Project budgeting and scheduling 5. Risk management 6. Set priorities 7. Resources assignment 8. Ensure projects are developed to increase awareness and interest of customer 9. Suggest process improvements to benefit client and employee 10. Provide leadership to co-workers in team activities and follow-up on assigned tasks 11. Identify and procure tools to be used on the project 12. Develop draft project plan 13. Define project success criteria 14. Document project constraints
 
Scope of work/activities: 1. Develop detailed project plan, tailoring methodology to reflect project needs 2. Ensure that management, users, affected state organizations, and contractors agree to project commitments 3. Ensure that project plan is approved and base lined 4. Assign resources to project and assign work tasks 5. Project start-up and check-list 6. Approve project quality 7. Regularly review project status, comparing budgeted to actual values 8. Ensure that project plan is updated and signed off as needed 9. Review the results of QA reviews 10. Document projects status, updates and closing as per the company 11. Quality Management System 12. Participate in change board to approve system changes 13. Obtain management and user approval of design, test, and approaches 14. Assist in development of the implementation team 15. Train client on reports and use of several forms 16. Conduct end-to-end testing to insure quality of the implementation 17. Notify client the system is up in test mode allowing them to test the system 18. Coordinate live data with client and ensure system is activated to live status on committed date 19. Review project risks and establish mitigation procedures 20. Develop an action plan for any product that does not pass acceptance test 21. Obtain user and management approval of tested system 22. Closeout open action items 23. Assist division of purchases in contract close-out 24. Celebrate success 25. Ensure accurate and timely implementation from inception to completion across all official documents 26. Develop post-implementation report 27. Develop hand over report 28. Develop the on-going maintenance procedures report.
