Partnership Account Manager

Function: 1. To build and maintain good business relations with the existing clients and to identify the possibilities of securing new business from them 2. To plan, monitor and control of all marketing and sales aspects for the sales accounts under his control 3. To identify the new business opportunities and develop new businesses 4. To attend customers enquiries and requirements and to prepare and submit quotations 5. To adhere to the requirements of quality policies and procedures pertaining to his activity areas 6. To achieve the set sales target.
 
Scope of Work / Activities: 1. Preparation of sales forecast for the customers accounts under his control
2. Demonstration of products and services to the customers jointly with the pre-sales in charge 3. To review the contract in order to ensure that the requirements of the customers are adequately defined and specified in the offer for quotations, any requirements which have been communicated subsequently by the customers have been understood properly and addressed, and the resources are adequate to meet the contractual requirements 4. Full ownership of the pre-sales cycle including demos, presentations, proposals, communication all through the order securing 5. Recording details of the contract review in the files maintained for the purpose 6. Preparation of the quotations including other relevant documents for submission to the customers 7. Follow up the quotations with the customers until award of the contracts 8. Follow up the progress of the contract execution
9. Ensure customers satisfaction of the products and services delivered 10. Follow up the outstanding invoices with the customers 11. Preparation of management reports
 
Skills/ Experience required: 1. Minimum of 5 plus years of experience in Account Management 2. Excellent presentation skills 3. Good verbal and written communication skills 4.
