Job Description: 1. Install, upgrade and configure new computer resources including hardware, software and applications 2. Quickly diagnose system hardware, software or operating system problems and recommend corrective action 3. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and customer service skills.
Technical Experience Required: 1. Active Directory', MS Exchange, MCSA, MCSE, Desktop Support, A+, and MCTS 2. Installation & maintaining and attending day-to-day user's problems 3. Administration, implementation and maintenance of Windows based network, inclusive of all networking hardware and software support 4. Installation and updating of operating system and other software 5. Configuring & maintaining e-mail accounts; desktop L1, OS (MS Platform) 6. Knowledge of Windows, XP, Vista and general desktop support issues 7. Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts
